Because we believe in the unique quality of our products and our work, we want to provide you with the best possible warranty. As this is a complex service, our warranty is tiered: 2 years for all other elements and 1 year for high-wear components.
During the warranty period, we will come out to you within 3 days to assess the extent of the damage and repair it as quickly as possible. Warranty claims take priority. For non-warranty defects, please contact us the same way, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
